Refund Policy
We stand behind what we sell. If a prompt doesn't produce what its product page describes, tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund it. We're not going to argue with you about it.
The promise
Every bundle is described honestly on its product page, and every prompt in it was run against a real account or site before it was listed. If you buy a bundle and a prompt doesn't do what the page said it would, that's on us to make right.
How it works
- Within 7 days of your purchase, email support@promptyourai.com and tell us what didn't work.
- We'll try to fix it first. Often it's a small thing, the tool you're running it in, an input, a step, and we can get you to the result the page promised.
- If we can't fix it, we refund it. No lengthy justification required, no runaround.
What "didn't work" means
This policy covers the prompt not producing what its product page describes. It's a genuine, generous standard, and we apply it in good faith rather than looking for reasons to say no. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, and because results also depend on the AI tool you use and the inputs you give it, the one thing we can't refund against is a guaranteed business outcome we never promised, such as a specific ranking, a specific return on ad spend, or a specific revenue figure. Nobody can honestly promise those, so we don't, and the refund is about the prompt doing its described job, not about a guaranteed result in your account.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed through Gumroad, back to your original payment method. Once approved, the timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on Gumroad and your bank.
Your statutory rights
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have statutory rights regarding digital purchases. This policy is intended to be more generous than the legal minimum, not less, and nothing here removes rights the law gives you that can't be waived. Where instant digital delivery affects a standard cooling-off period, our 7-day fix-or-refund commitment is offered regardless.
