Terms of Service
These terms cover what you're buying, how you're allowed to use it, and what we promise in return. By buying from PromptYourAI, you agree to them. They're written plainly on purpose.
Who you're buying from
PromptYourAI is operated by Prompt Your AI, an individual sole proprietor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@promptyourai.com.
What we sell
We sell digital products: bundles of AI prompts for digital marketing, delivered as downloadable files. Purchases are handled and delivered by Gumroad, our checkout and delivery provider. When you complete a purchase, Gumroad delivers your files and your access to them.
What you get, and how you may use it
When you buy a bundle, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the prompts in it, including in your own work and in work you do for your clients. Specifically:
- You may use the prompts for your own business and for client work, run them in any AI tool you like, and adapt them for your own use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the prompts themselves as a product, share your download files publicly, or repackage the prompts into a competing prompt library, pack, or bundle for sale or free distribution.
In short: use them to do great work. Don't turn around and sell or give away the prompts themselves.
Delivery and access
Delivery is immediate and digital. After payment, Gumroad provides your files and a way to access them. It's your responsibility to download and keep your files. If you have any trouble accessing what you bought, email support@promptyourai.com and we'll sort it out.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, per purchase, with no subscription and nothing recurring. Taxes may be added at checkout where required, and are handled by Gumroad. Payment is processed by Gumroad under their terms; we don't handle or store your card details.
Refunds
We stand behind what we sell. Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: if a prompt doesn't produce what its product page describes, tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise the prompts are the real, tested prompts described on their product pages, and that our refund commitment is genuine. Beyond that, the prompts are provided "as is." Because results depend on the AI tool you use, the inputs you give it, your own account data, and factors outside our control, we can't and don't guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, revenue, ad performance, or results. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed ranking or a guaranteed return isn't being honest with you; we won't do that.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the prompts. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptable use
Don't use our products for anything unlawful, and don't use them to break the terms of the AI tools you run them in. Don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the site.
Intellectual property
The prompts, the site content, and the PromptYourAI name and branding are our intellectual property, licensed to you only as described above. Buying a bundle doesn't transfer ownership of the prompts to you; it gives you the licence to use them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top. Your purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
